We had what we thought was an undisclosed, overflowing septic tank and called Juan for an estimate to get it pumped and back in good working order. He was able to give us a very clear, line by line estimate for services over the phone and his prices were fair. He is an excellent listener; grounded, patient, and kind, and gave generously of his time and expertise answering all my questions. Throughout the process he remained available by text and by phone and was extremely calm and helpful. I would highly recommend him as a go to guy to anyone needing septic system work. Thanks, Juan!

Turned out to be a tougher job than I expected, so if your not up for intensive labor I wouldn't recommend trying to dig it up yourself!

He was very courteous and professional, and said that he could put me on the schedule for the next day. The price was in line with the 2 other septic companies that I had hired in the past. However, the level of customer service that I received from Triangle Grease & Septic Services blew the other companies out of the water.
