Rooted Yogi

I’ve been a business owner for 16 years and a yoga instructor for almost 2 years. I love helping people realize and work towards health and wellness in all aspects of life. Life is not linear and neither are we. We are all works in progress and I believe wholeheartedly when we let go of what we “should do” and let go of trying to be perfect, we find a freedom in living each moment. When we work together AS A FORCE, NOT ONLY DO WE EMPOWER EACH OTHER, BUT WE ALSO FOSTER MOMENTUM AND SENSE OF JOY.
