Hi there, I’m Desiree the designer and visionary behind Blu Soul Design.

Blu Soul Design began a few years ago as an expressive outlet for my varied creative talents. What began as a small decor and sign company evolved when I found my calling repurposing and updating old furniture.

I’m inspired by the vintage charm of farmhouse industrial and love creating shabby chic, distressed and timeworn pieces. The blank canvas of my families new home has been an inspirational gold mine and display for my love of mixing vintage and modern.

Bringing old pieces of furniture to life again creates happiness in my heart and fuels my soul. Pieces from the past have such an amazing history; through restoration, I am able to honor and showcase the many stories of years gone by. These once-forgotten treasures are revived and re-homed to inspire more stories for years to come.

As Blu Soul Design has continued to grow, I’ve desired so much more than just a business: I envision a creative collective of wonderful women developing friendships, sharing laughs and gaining confidence in their creative powers.

It’s my desire to promote and foster an environment dedicated to creativity and individuality through artistic expression. The goal is to empower you as creative women, to encourage you to believe in yourselves and to appreciate your unique artistic talents and desires.
