Warrior's Soul Healing Movment

I’m Becky Delacoe, the owner and operator of Warrior’s Soul Healing Movement. I have over 20 years of experience in yoga, aromatherapy, fitness, and other holistic services, and I’m also a Combat Veteran.

I’ve been incredibly lucky. It’s been my privilege to work with a wide variety of people, and it’s helped to shape what I want Warrior’s Soul Healing Movement to be all about.

I’m a firm believer that, when you perform yoga, you don’t have to be rich, or a certain body type. Anyone can do it. Everyone should do it. We’re all about yoga being for the people. A place where anyone can come. Where there’s a comfortable yoga mat and a place where your body, mind and spirit can start to heal. While we specialize in those with injuries, the benefits of yoga extend out to everyone.

When you meet with us, we’ll listen to you and craft customizable classes or service packages. Since we do that for all of our clients, the expectation is that everyone has a unique need and experience. That’s why there’s no snobbery, just community. Even in a group class, we’ll introduce poses and styles that will be of use to all.

Not only that, but we also offer comprehensive services. If you’re in need of personal training, nutrition coaching, meditation, Thai yoga bodywork, reintegration services for veterans, injury management and rehab, or other holistic services, we’re the ones to talk to.

Warrior’s Soul is, at its core, a healing movement. Every service we offer has to do with healing, by its very nature. Whatever place you’re at in life, we can help you to feel better physically, psychologically and spiritually.
