Mudita Massage & Wellness

Mudita Massage & Wellness provides massage therapy, yoga classes, and essential oils in downtown Keene, New Hampshire.

Owners Kat Wood and Aaron Shields are graduates of the 750-hour massage therapy program at River Valley Community College. With meaningful connection as their guiding principle, they decided to go into business together.

They believe that a healthy body is the foundation of wellness; empowering you to show up fully in your relationships, work, and community.

Kat & Aaron are excited to share their knowledge about the body and help others cultivate well-being in their lives through movement, massage, and community.

Their ultimate goal is to continue to build and support our community through the lens of wellness. This includes their yoga classes and massage practices but also other unique offerings centered around making, creating, and sharing space.

Art and music are important to them as they believe they are inspirational in movement and healing practices and they incorporate the two wherever and whenever they can in the studio and through events.

As their business/community continues to grow and develop, they are moving forward in a thoughtful, sustainable way.

When they aren’t practicing yoga, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu or exploring the mountains of New England with their furry family, you can find Kat & Aaron at Mudita.
