Joining ILKB has been life changing for me. It's fun and effective and the staff members are awesome. The facility is nice and clean. It's a very family oriented place. I get tons of support too. I highly recommend ILKB to aanyone!

Ilovekickboxing atco is an awesome place to workout. I have now attended two classes and love it. I can't wait to go to my next class. The staff is so great and really work with you to help you get the moves correct so that you don't injure yourself. I can't say enough about them. I would highly recommend for anyone who want to get in shape. 5 stars.
