Senior Yoga instructor Sri Lakshmi Devi's vast education and extensive knowledge of the human body & mind, her joyful sense of humor and compassionate nature helps to create a nurturing, non-competitive, welcoming atmosphere to develop a yoga practice at your own pace and gain confidence in yourself and your abilities. Lakshmi's clear, precise instruction and attention to detail offers a safe, stable environment for practice. With over 40 years of education and hands on experience, Lakshmi holds numerous certifications in Yoga, Pilates, P T, Reiki, Body-Work & Life Coaching with a degree from Mount Sinai Medical School in Functional Anatomy of Movement for injury & illness and is a Certified Fitness Instructor for the Arthritis Foundation of America and the Osteoporosis Foundation. Lakshmi continues her studies to obtain her Masters in Exercise Science and Physical/Occupational Therapy.
