Not only do you wait longer than at other Pep Boys, but the quality of customer service is lacking. They are rude and quote one price over the phone and when you come in the price is higher. The parts department is better for services…

I've shopped here many times when I need something that the local places don't carry. For the most part, I think they are about average for a chain store. No big deal. I much prefer Walmart prices when I can though.
