In our experience, it is unlikely to get the tailoring right without the customer showing us exactly where to tailor, so we don't do any tailoring.

You may return all new unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We do not pay for return shipping, except if the reason for the return is an error on our side. e.g. you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.
