Salon is very noisy and treatments expensive. I cannot justify spending $75 for cut and blow out or $300 for a singe process with highlights!! Not happy with service, feel like I am a number not a client.

Going to salon on Tuesday mornings, on a very cold day, it took over an hour for the salon to heat up. Brrrrr it was cold! Even colder when your head is wet! Need to pump up the heat earlier than 9am

I love coming to PIL. The service is excellent and Faith Speidel does a superb job coloring, hiliting and trimming my hair. I get so many compliments from people stating that my hair always looks terrific!
