1st Defense Fire Protection, LLC is a fully licensed and NAFED certified fire Protection Company that offers complete fire extinguisher, kitchen suppression system, and emergency/exit lighting services. With offices in Maple Shade and Wildwood, NJ, 1st defense fire protection was co-founded by owners Joe Knowland and J. Todd Kakowski. With over 20 years combined experience in the fire protection industry, 1st defense fire has successfully helped many businesses take the first step in preventing and guarding against fires, fire hazards and avoiding municipal fines.
