The bagels here are too soft -- just a roll with a hole. for real bagels go to bagel Joes or Wolfe's -- this place is not worth the trip

I am a big fan of Einstein's but they seem to be slipping in their standards. The bagels are great. But they need to pay more attention to the service aspects of the stores here in Albuquerque. More often than not, service gets behind…

The staff seems to be mostly young people (teens, early 20s) but they are always on their toes. Very helpful and polite, always tidying up, etc. The coffee is great too -- better than Starbucks!
