InnovAge helps seniors age in their own homes with dignity through the Program of All-inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE). InnovAge is dedicated to expanding this successful program to serve as many seniors as possible across the country. We hire exceptional people for our programs in California, Colorado, Florida, New Mexico, Pennsylvania, and Virginia.

Our mission is to sustain and enhance the independence and quality of life for those we serve, on their terms. Our purpose is to help older adults remain mobile, prolong their health, and continue living in their own homes.
