Long Wait by Chanda P via Insider Pages on 4/10/2012

Wondering why this Walmart consistantly allows their customers to stand in the check-out line for 15-20 minutes. I only go here when out of options, been there 4 times. Same frustration each time. Super busy, with only 3-5 lanes open.
