Japanese Kitchen is really two restaurants in one: a teppanyaki place and a separate, quieter and more sophisticated sushi bar situated in a business tower across the plaza. The main restaurant is fun if you place entertainment value on… Read Full Editorial

Mediocre at best, but worst of all, one of the worst service rendered by an arrogant waitress. The quality of food has definitely gone down compared to 2008 when we first visited this establishment. The owner seriously needs to consider…
Aweome! by Cmurphy via Citysearch on 7/16/2010

Japanese kitchen has a sushi bar and teppan. They have a large variety of sushi with goood quality. The teppan is also good and the chefs are always fun to watch. The downside is the prices...dinner is on the pricy side.

great affordable taste of japan for lunch! by Joslyn N via Insider Pages on 11/15/2005
We took some out of town guests for lunch at this establishment I have to say i was impressed. The prices were good for lunch and the "show" the chef put on at the table was okay. It obviously isn't the show that is put on for the dinner…
good sushi by liang x via Insider Pages on 9/13/2005
albuquerque is dry and rough, you need some delicate art in the food to bring people some moisture. the sushi in this restaurant is freshly made out of the most variety you can get in this high desert. common ones like sammon, tuna and…
