All of our attorneys spent well over a decade working for insurance defense law firms in Albuquerque where we spent years defending employers and insurance companies while trying to take benefits away from injured workers.

After years doing this, each attorney in our office reached a point where we could no longer continue representing insurance companies. We felt compelled to open our law firm in order to take the knowledge learned trying to keep people from getting benefits in order to help New Mexicans injured on the job. We simply could no longer continue working for insurance companies and wanted to do good by helping people injured at work.
