I’ll be teaching vinyasa yoga classes in Albuquerque on Mondays, Wednesdays and Thursdays at The Source (1111 Carlisle just 1/2 mile south of Central Avenue in Nob Hill).

In the near future, I’ll also be adding classes in Sadhana Yoga Chi, a flowing vinyasa style originated by Doug Swenson and inspired by both ashtanga yoga and tai chi.

I offer discounts to members of La Montanita Co-op and Monday's classes are by donation.
