Our history – Founded ten years ago. We have the skills and experience to handle large, complex estates & are among few agents to have closed a transaction over $5M. We have experience and success representing seller and buyers of historic properties. We’ve closed approximately 200 transactions. We’ve closed 100M in sales (which puts us in the top 25 brokers for the city for the last 10 years, but isn’t a standout statistic given that the lead broker in Santa Fe did $141M year –she’s definitely an outlier.
