Crossword Baptist Church

CrossWord has a history that traces back to First Southern Baptist Church of Henderson, Nevada. First Southern was formed in 1951 and has started over 11 churches in the Las Vegas valley.<br><br>In 2004, the name was changed to CrossWord. We started construction on our new church home in December, 2006. We held our first service in September, 2008. The journey has been hard and long, but the result is God's blessing in our new home located at 1305 Horizon Ridge Parkway, Henderson, Nevada.<br><br>The vision of the church is to become what First Southern was in the past. A sending and starting Church. Upon completion of the buildout of our present property, we hope to start other churches in the Southern Nevada area.<br><br>We believe in the Southern Baptist Faith and doctrines. We would be happy to send you a pamphlet describing in details our beliefs.<br><br>New member and Visitor Welcome Fellowship the third Sunday evening of each month at 6:00 p.m. It will be a time of fellowship at the Church. You are invited to come so we can get to know you better and you can learn who we are. A time of great fellowship.
