They were kind and willing to work with my plan. The floors we had to get rid of were wooden, but now we have new ones. I hope this doesn't happen again, but if it does, I won't think twice about calling them. Because they are easy to get to, my stressful days are less stressful. Thanks for making things better!

He looked at the damage, worked with the remediation group, and successfully removed the damaged sheetrock. Shane and his crew provide excellent customer service. I could not be happier with the quality of service. My washer leaked into my hallway, foyer, child's room, and even the kitchen. I reached out to Intensa Dry around 8 pm and Shane was willing and able to come immediately! (I scheduled it for the morning as the children were already asleep).

My experience with this franchise was excellent. They treat their employees good and their customers great. I would recommend any one their services. We had a leak in our kitchen. He came out. He was very polite and did a great job. He always called before he came out. He even vacuumed the floor after he picked up his equipment. I hope we never need him again, but we will call if we do!

We had a hot water heater issue that ended up causing our house to flood. He and his team were out within an hour after I called. Their level of communication was great and kept us updated throughout all steps of the mitigation and repair process. The handled everything on the insurance-side, as well. All repairs were done to our liking. He and his team know what they're doing.

I couldn’t be happier with the service we received. My husband and I went through all kinds of hoops for this water leak we had. We went back and forth between a plumbing service and another restoration company.. both were saying they do not look into why leaks are occurring. My husband and I were at a loss of what to do. Then IRS Water Damage Removal came to the rescue!! After explaining the situation, they offered to come out asap to help figure out what is going on. The two guys that came were very nice and professional. They spotted a possible issue and told us how to repair it to see if it resolves the leak. I didn’t think it would, but it worked like a charm.
