Focus Areas: Trauma. Strengths: My strengths include building authentic, trusting relationships, approaching therapy from an anti-oppressive and trauma-informed lens, and aiding in co-regulation during activated moments or crises. Inspiration: I became a therapist because I believe deeply in the healing power of relationships and community wanted to learn from and work with people working to repair their relationships with themselves and with others. Experience with Families: My specialized focus in and after grad school involved working with couples and families in navigating trauma, identity, and relational challenges. I have worked with families at the LGBT Center, Callen Lorde Community Health Center, and at CASES.
