Focus Areas: Eating Disorders. Strengths: My strengths as a therapist include building authentic and supportive relationships where individuals feel safe, empowered, and understood. I bring warmth, curiosity, and a collaborative approach that allows individuals to explore challenges while fostering resilience and self-growth. Inspiration: I was inspired to become a therapist after my experience providing one-on-one and group counseling to 6th-8th graders while pursuing my MSW. I find it energizing to watch individuals grow in confidence and self-understanding, while supporting them through such a formative time. Experience with Families: I have experience working with families in both inpatient and community settings.
