Focus Areas: Anxiety. Strengths: I strive to create a warm, safe space where children feel truly seen and heard. I’m empathetic, patient, and non-judgmental, and I work alongside families to understand behaviors as a way kids communicate their needs, helping them build confidence and healthy tools for expression. Inspiration: As a former teacher who grew up with ADHD, I know how hard it can be when children don’t yet have the words to share what they’re feeling. That inspired me to become a therapist, so I could support kids and families in finding those words, feeling understood, and knowing they are valued just as they are. Experience with Families: I have eight years of experience partnering with families to support their children.
