Most of these reviews are pretty old, Continental has gotten a lot better. There's more drivers, more communication, and better management

This is a sloppy service. The drivers are stupid and slow. I will never use this service again.

They are always on there way until 20 mins later you realized where are they. Call again on there way but still nothing. If your in a rush don't call them you just might be waiting for a very long time.
