Alfonso Lara Brain, DDS, DMD

Dr. Alfonso Lara Brain is a dedicated and compassionate dentist whose career has been shaped by a deep commitment to patient care, continuous learning, and clinical excellence. He began his dental journey at the University of Antofagasta, where he earned his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in 2003. Driven by a passion for surgical dentistry and complex oral health needs, he continued his training at the same institution, completing a comprehensive Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) program in 2008.

After years of practice abroad, Dr. Lara Brain brought his expertise to the United States, where he expanded his training through a General Practice Residency (GPR) at the renowned Eastman Institute for Oral Health at the University of Rochester in 2018. This program allowed him to refine his skills in restorative dentistry, surgical procedures, and emergency care, ultimately broadening his ability to treat a wide range of patient needs with confidence and precision.
