I love the staff they really are all so wonderful! I'm giving you a 9 because of them but I did have to wait an hour for my cleaning because of a double booking. I was given a target gift card because of the wait.

The front desk staff are very nice. I was having issues with my insurance and they were very helpful and understanding. I was made to feel very welcome.
