The Westchester Cleaner

The Basic Clean: $100 for Studios & One Bedrooms (Includes One Bathroom) Additional $25 per Bedroom, Bathroom and Loft

-Cleaning of all counter tops, surfaces and mirrors
-Vacuuming/sweeping and mopping of all floors in all rooms
-Shower and toilet cleaned
-Bathroom Air Purification
-Kitchen cabinet exteriors cleaned
-Dishes washed, dried and put away (cleaned by hand or in dish-washer)
-Laundry wash & fold (Please make sure clothes are separated and direction left. If not, all clothes are washed in cold water and placed in dryer. Laundry room must be in-house or on premises)
-Microwave & Stove Top
-Trash taken out
-Basic organization and beds made

Additional Services: Must be bundled with Basic Clean Package

-Deep Clean – $75 (Basic Clean but for extra messy houses)
-Move In/Move Out – $50 (Basic Clean which includes inside of Fridge, Closets, Cabinets and Drawers)
-Windows (Interior, and exterior if able) – $15 Per Room
-Deep Carpet Clean – $75
-Wood Floor Steaming & Protective Finish – $50
-Wall Wipe (All Rooms) – $25
-Under The Beds – $25
-Organize – $25 per room or closet

Recurring Cleaning Packages:

-15% Discount for monthly cleanings (Three Month Minimum)
-20% Discount for bi-weekly cleanings (Two Month Minimum)
-25% Discount for weekly cleanings (One Month Minimum)
