Most of our projects come with a 2-year limited warranty. However, some types of painting projects and home improvement services are ineligible for this warranty. Discuss warranty questions and concerns with your designated project manager before starting the project.

No. Your designated team will cover and protect furniture and floors to protect them during their work. We bring all the necessary supplies to ensure that your painting project is completed without any setbacks, and that includes providing coverings to protect your belongings. If there’s a delicate piece of furniture that’s tricky to move, you may want to remove it before the workers arrive. Or, you can also notify your designated project manager before they begin the project to take the necessary measures.

No. For residential or commercial projects, it is not required that you be there during the project. It is up to you if you prefer to be on-premises while the crew is working. Nonetheless, our team will give you daily project updates, and you’re invited to do a final walkthrough with a member of the team before we complete your project. Customer satisfaction is our priority, and our work isn’t done unless you’re satisfied with the result.

Yes. All of our painters and contractors are licensed to complete all of our services. In addition, because we know accidents can happen, we carry full insurance coverage for the safety of our customers and employees. We are fully licensed by Consumer Affairs.
