Poor Workmanship by Talia on 9/17/2023 Contracted this company for siding, trim and gutters. Weeks after the job was complete, I had two major leaks in the bedrooms and I contacted Edwin. He came to inspect and said his guys did not caulk/close all the holes on my brand-new roof they left by the scaffolding that was used to install the siding. This time he had a young male walk the roof and apply tons of caulk in all the holes. I had to pay another contractor to repair the wet sheet rock and re-paint. I requested the same contractor re-walk the roof to check this horrible workmanship. That contractor reported that all the holes had too much caulk and the shingles were left destroyed. I then had to pay him to replace the shingles and fix it the correct way. Three years later I have water damage at every corner of my house because they did not install any flashing. I re-contacted the owner Edwin to advise, and he did not show or fix. I hired a different contractor to check, and he reported that NO flashing was used on any of the corners. You can clearly push in the siding at every corner and see there was no flashing installed. There was also no flashing installed around my two garage doors. I have gutters that are more than an inch short where water has been getting behind the panels and other gutters that have the correct overhang. This type of workmanship is dangerous if not caught in time and can cause serious mold from water damage and destroy a home’s structural integrity. I now must contract a different contractor to fix and replace material that is damaged. This is solely my experience, and I would NOT recommend this company.
