Excellent nutritionist by emeraldrose7 on 12/3/2021 Excellent, caring nutritionist! She will keep it real with you and help you get over obstacles to your weight loss. She is flexible and will customize her recommendations based on what you like to eat and your lifestyle. I have lost over 40 pounds in the first 6 months and have been eating very well, 3 meals and 3 snacks per day. Marilyn helped me to not only eat the right foods but also gives the emotional support needed to lose weight. She encouraged me to make more time for myself to work out and de-stress my life. She was essential to my weight-loss and keeping the weight off currently 1 year later. I highly recommend her to anyone who has tried to lose weight and has been unsuccessful. Her all around approach is what i needed to lower my A1C and cholesterol and drop the excess weight that i have been trying to lose for years. I feel healthier, look younger and can fit into my clothes again. My knee and back pain have gone away.
