Papa d'Amour (the nickname his kids call him) celebrates his children's dual heritage with thoughtfully created items ranging from his signature egg tarts with pretzel salt, lace-batter taro mochi donuts, a selection of seasonal shokupans, and even butter dipped vanilla milk soft serve.
