I haven't had any problems with Cricut in about a year of use. I create unique drawings and artwork for my business using Cricut. I restart all the time, and the last one broke everything for me. My Cricut Maker 3 has broken down. After that, I called customer care, and they helped me out by walking me through the process of deleting temporary files and reinstalling Design Space. David was kind and informed, and he helped me resolve what was wrong.
