He attended the Inter American University of Puerto Rico School of Optometry in Bayamo´n, Puerto Rico, and is board-certified by the National Board of Examiners in Optometry.
Dr. Caldero´n believes in using alternative care methods alongside more conventional standards of care. Always keen to stay abreast of the latest news within the industry, he’s an active member of the American Optometric Association. He’s passionate about exploring new technologies and taking a forward-thinking, integrative approach to patient care. He and his team are proud early adopters of the latest techniques in optometric treatments, including being one of the first providers in New York to use advanced technology to treat ocular rosacea and dry eyes.
