unprofessional and incompetent by jlag1211 on 8/19/2019 The secretary was unable to properly schedule our trash pick up over the span of several weeks. She was very unapologetic and refused to correct her wrong. They do not respond to voicemails or emails and supervisors “do not come in.” In the end, doing her just was “just too much.” Meanwhile, we have two weeks of trash due to her inability to give us the correct date. We now have a maggot infestation in our yard and the entire span of our driveway. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
