Lotus Yoga Shala

In Sanskirt "Shala" means a place of knowledge, a sanctuary, a refuge. Yoga itself means union or to unite. We want to provide the community a place where they can unite with the traditional practice of yoga. Everyone finds yoga for some reason or another. Whether you find yoga or yoga found you, we create this place to be you "OM away from hOMe" We will be a traditional Vinyasa studio~with offerings from the forms of ashtanga, basics or gentle, restorative,yin and of course Vinyasa.
