Several years ago, I had called CertaPro Painters in Roslyn, NY to do a few small exterior paint jobs and was extremely pleased with the outcome. I reached out to them again this time around, and immediately recalled how professional and attentive Lou Federico was when I explained the parameters of the job. He set up an appointment to come to review the rooms I needed painted and was able to fit me into his schedule shortly thereafter. I was sent a contract that was clear and precise outlining the scope and cost of the assignment. Prior to the start date, Lou stayed in touch with me to ensure that the products he was purchasing were exactly what I had requested. A team of two painters came to the house promptly when scheduled and were extremely pleasant and professional to work with. They did the job quickly and efficiently, leaving everything clean and returned to its original position. Lou maintained communication with me throughout the process and came to inspect the work himself when it was completed. The outcome of the paint job, and the experience as a whole, exceeded my expectations. a I would definitely recommend this company, especially Lou Federico and his team of painters.
