Ms Beverly by mouzonjohnniebelinda on 5/12/2017 I am truly thankful for your credit department...Especially Ms. Beverly. She is so kind and understanding. People go through hard times and they feel bad enough when they cant pay their bills. so to talk to someone who wants to help you make payment arrangements so your car wont be taken is a blessing!!! I have a new job now and after I get back on track I will be paying my payments on time.Thank you Beverly for working with me and putting that payment in the back of the book, it was a lift off my shoulders, I can breathe freely. if more people was as nice as you having a job as a bill collector won't seam so bad. You have a good, kind spirit for a bill collector...I really have not met anyone in this field that is so kind and respectful. I Pray that your job will promote you to training people how to successfully recover a bill payment.It is a way to do everything...and you have mastered that!!!!!Thanks again!!!
