Our facility was established in 1987 by Doreen and Robert Frank to provide physical therapy and sports therapy to patients in East Greenbush NY, Albany NY and the surrounding areas. We specialize in rehabilitation of musculoskeletal and sports injuries, industrial injuries and adult neurological conditions.

Columbia Physical Therapy, P.C. has two offices in East Greenbush/Schodack and Valatie/Kinderhook to conveniently serve residents of Rensselaer, Albany and Columbia counties. Each location is staffed by licensed physical therapists and certified physical therapist assistants.
