My Review by Consumerrr via Citysearch on 11/13/2012 NBT Bank (Vestal location), is as unfriendly and unwelcoming as a bank can be.\r Road-blocks at every turn and everyone I dealt with the last several visits, were very short and unpleasant.\r I recommend NBT Bank, but NOT the Vestal branch.

Great bank, best I've ever had by missthisandthatcleaning via Citysearch on 4/18/2011 I love NBT. I use them for both my personal and business accounts. They are very curteous and willing to help if you have an issue.
