Being a customer for over 30 years, I can say that there service department is very professional as well as there receptionists. There oil prices might be slightly higher but their professionalism makes up for it.

I have been a Bottini Fuel customer for over 5 years. They are very reliable and offer competitive fuel prices. They have been to my house when the boiler died in the middle of the night. I have had very good customer service from them.
