Bed Bug Heat Boss (Promise Pest Control), Division of Promise Services Inc, is a small family owned exterminating company licensed by the State of Ohio since 1989.

We specialize in commercial pest management systems, especially for property managers. We offer general pest control services including bed bug heat eradication programs designed to meet each customer’s requirements. We have made a commitment to provide our customers with the best in bed bug removal and have invested in state-of-the art heating equipment toward that goal.

We are now able to provide a ONE-DAY HIGH HEAT TREATMENT for BED BUGS. In most cases, our customers can now go to work in the morning and return in the evening to a bed-bug-free home!

We carry liability insurance and our employees are covered by Ohio Worker’s Compensation. Our headquarters are located in Akron, OH and we offer services throughout Northeast Ohio.
