Sapori, which means "flavors", begins with the highest quality food products. Many, are imported from Italy, however we try to use as much local and organic ingredients as is feasibly possible and employ simple, scratch cooking techniques with generous portions. In addition, we offer at your request, many whole wheat and gluten free pastas as well as vegetarian and vegan preparation methods and will gladly prepare dishes to accomodate any of your dietary needs or special requirements. Reservations are highly recommended, especially on Friday and Saturday
