Sunnyslope Care Center helps seniors age on their own terms. Our skilled nursing services consist of an interdisciplinary team approach focused on the individual needs of our patients and residents. At Capital Health Care Network we pride ourselves on delivering quality care each and every day to those patients and residents we are privileged to serve. Many residents come to us for a short stay following an illness, injury or acute hospital stay, while others require ongoing, quality long-term care and support. Through our health centers, we provide 24-hour skilled nursing services and comprehensive rehabilitative services.
