The entire office is cluttered and stacked with eye glass cases, boxes, etc..The staff seem unorganized. I received my glasses in one day, and my contacts in three days.

things were not explained clearly about how much FREE glasses would actually run.
Did not knowyou have to buy lenses and tinting and all that. Could not direct me to
the price range of glass frames that I wanted. Prices for fixed income…

Dr. Bierly and staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable. I trust them with my eye health as well as the quality of my vision. Very cool frames and an in-house lab. Prices excellent for exams, contacts and/or frames.
