Kevin Cooper, MD

Kevin D. Cooper, MD, is a dermatologist at University Hospitals and Chair of the Department of Dermatology at UH Cleveland Medical Center. He is also the director of the Skin Diseases Research Center at Case Western Reserve University/University Hospitals, focusing on creating advances in skin diseases. As Chair of the department, Dr. Cooper and his team developed a clinical practice with 10 highly integrated dermatology suites throughout the region, all designed with an emphasis on excellence, respect and value. Dr. Cooper is also a co-inventor of the first biologic to be FDA-approved for psoriasis, and co-founded Fluence Therapeutics, a start-up biomedical company created to develop a novel photodynamic therapy for psoriasis and lymphoma.
