Very Poor Customer Service by deanakozel on 9/19/2018 My family hired Chuck to install a new counter and back splash in the kitchen. The work was ok at best. We would never write a negative review for that, things happen and you should always allow someone to make things right. We have tried to do just that, tried to get in touch with Chuck to fix the counter top. Not to make it perfect, just repair some glaring mistakes. Chuck will not return our calls, would not come to the phone when his office manager reached him when I visited the office and has not responded to a certified letter that was mailed on 8.14.18. For those reasons, I am sharing my negative experience. The project was paid in full months ago. Yet we have a poorly completed outcome and a non-responsive contractor. All we have asked for is a reply to fix the situation, and we have been ignored.
