State Rd Charter One directed me to this branch to convert my foreign currency.The teller,assisted by managment,worked on this for 40 minutes.I was then asked to sign a receipt for the transaction to process.Ten minutes later I am told…

I like charter one bank, but i will not recommend this branch. The manager here seems very lazy, she is not very helpful. And for things she can help me with, she will just refer me to the customer service line. Not very responsible.
