As a manufacturer in Dayton, Ohio our facility has expanded from our original "one man shop in a shed" to a state of the art manufacturing compound along side I-75 at Needmore Road, that is for many, a Dayton Landmark.

Founded by John Vance Sr. over 81 years ago, our product lines include Sunrooms, Patio Rooms, Windows, Doors, and the exclusive rights to the the Solara Sunshade system, keeping Aristocrat current. Our employees are the cornerstone to our success using state of the art software and equipment.
