From the moment I walked through the door of Sono Bello I felt a positive atmosphere and great attitude of everyone I came in contact with. When I did my consultation the lady which I don't remember her name took my needs into consideration and was very positive and caring and did not just look at the money making deal she can make, but what would make me look and feel better with myself. She walked me thru every option available to me. I signed up for laser lip suction on my hips and abs. I then came back for my pre-op evaluation and testing. This is where I met Dr. Blanchard and her head nurse who went through every step of the procedure with me and where I found out my blood pressure was sky high, we needed to cancel my procedure til my BP went down. It took weeks and I would of never known about it and could of headed for a stroke or heart attack. Dr. Blanchard was more concerned about my health than doing the procedure. She was so caring and concerned about me that I knew I had made the right decision to go through Sono Bello. This showed me that Sono Bello was more about the person than the money they could make and stand behind what they do. During that time while I had to wait for my BP to get under control the Secretary of Sono bello called to check on me to see how I was doing and never pushed me to reschedule the procedure but how I was doing. With that being said I finally was able to get my procedure scheduled and when I came in again for another pre-op evaluation the secretary knew me by name and was so excited to see me and was so happy I was able to get my procedure done finally. Dr. Blanchard rechecked everything with me. My BP had gone down, but I was so anxious it still was a little high but as I sat there it went down. So the next day I came in for my procedure at 7 am and the Nurse and Dr. Blanchard were so organized and watched over me the whole procedure I was pleased with how comfortable they made me feel. I would recommend Dr. Blanchard for any procedure with full confidence that she will do a wonderful job with your care and procedure. Dr. Blanchard saved me from future health issues and I could not be more grateful for her. I have healed and see results beyond my expectations, I never had to ask any questions because they sent emails to me letting me know what to expect on a daily to a weekly healing process. I am at the point of recovery that I love my new look. All I expected was a natural look and no belly roll. I now have a smaller waist and hips that have made feel more confident and has helped with my anxiety and feel more confident in my clothing. Sono Bello has given me my confidence back and were there for me every step of the way. Dr. Blanchard the nurses, the front desk staff, and the consultation staff were amazing, organized, caring, confident in their ability to do my procedure and that I would be happy with my results. I know I will be back for other procedures due to Sono bello knowing what they are doing. If I had any critique about Sono Bello, I would have to say I have none. The before care, the care during the procedure, and the after care from my procedure were right on the money. I never had to question anything or worry about how I was doing or what is going on with the healing, or if my healing was normal. Emily, I just wanted to let EVERYONE know that from the time I walked thru the doors at Sonobello, I was made feel like I was part of something new, beautiful and exciting. I was and I am, although I may be the exception to the rule, most people look at me and see little person, why are they here? Yes I had some FAT that settled in and made itself at home. I couldn't get rid of it. Thank you, because now it is gone, less than a week after, my swelling had gone down and my shape has emerged, I feel like a butterfly. I'm wearing my cute little garment as I am suppose to and watching everything I put into my body, but I know that this is worth the time and little bit of pain invested. I'm a HOT Gramma!!!!! I have nothing but absolutely positive things to say about SonoBello and my experience with the staff and procedure! Upon attending my first consultation my nerves were immediately calmed as Michelle made me feel so excited and comfortable about what to expect. I knew right away this procedure was right for me! From the pre-op, to the day of the surgery, to post op, I have been beyond pleased! I imagined the experience to be painful, scary, and even very uncomfortable during the procedure, yet to my surprise it was the opposite! The staff and doctors made me feel secure, and relaxed! That's so important! They played music during the procedure which made me feel SO at ease and enjoyable even! The doctor took her time to talk me through anything I needed to discuss or ask before, during and after the procedure. I saw immediate results after the surgery and it brought me tears of joy! I was impressed needless to say! What has been even more impressive is all of the follow up, the staff being genuine, and the emails following my procedure letting me know what I should be expecting. It's so nice to know that the doctor is making an effort to keep up with the patients to ensure their satisfaction! It's not just a procedure and farewell. It's true caring for your patients results. I was kind of skeptical about the whole idea until Roseann talked to me. If Roseann convinced ME that to "reverse the clock" is possible, she is able to convince anybody! If you follow the step by step instructions the procedure is a bit uncomfortable but in the end worth it. I am already at one month later felling the urge to move and bend in directions I was unable to before the procedure. I also don't seem to eat as much, it was if before like I was feeding all that fat around my belly and trying to get full, now my portions are smaller because I consume less each time I eat, it's crazy. I don't know if this was your diabolical plan all along, but I thank you. I am in the market for a personal trainer to build some muscle and continue my original plan to make my ex- fiancé rule the day.

I just went in for my 1 week check up and all is well. I would suggest anyone that's wants to do this but is afraid or you think it won't work for you, trust me, DO IT! Upon the initial visit we were greeted by Dorothy Donegan at the front desk... what a reassuring and pleasant impression she makes. We then were introduced to Roseann Balsamo who introduced both, my husband and myself to Sonobello.. Roseann was attentive to our needs, and requests for understanding the multiple procedures and expectations I appreciate the attention and time Roseann shared with us so that we had a clear understanding of company and procedure. Five Stars. Roseann B had expert knowledge and an unusual ability to explain the details of a medical procedure in a manner I found easy to understand. Thoroughly professional. Warm and friendly. Showed the ability to understand my travel situation, I travel on business at least forty five weeks a year. We had to get creative to find a week and a day where there was an intersection in my availability and the doctor's availability. She also helped me understand how I could take advantage of some discounts. I work with a lady who has expressed an interest. I plan on giving her a copy of Roseann's card and suggest she call Roseann with a strong recommendation.

The Sono Bello open-house presentation is all you need to know about facial surgery, which most people need. Not a sales pitch, it was an educational experience. You had better get a good education about any surgical procedure before you go through with it. Otherwise, you will be sorry. However, this educational experience will make you happy.
