We named the company Performance Concrete Solutions because executing our exclusive process at the highest level, and offering answers to any concrete flooring need, is central to our operations.
Since 2012, our family-owned and operated company has specialized in polished concrete flooring; protective industrial floor coatings; concrete, granite, marble and terrazzo restoration; and repair work.
Working mostly with general contractors, architects and commercial clients in Ohio, its neighboring states, and all over the country — we’re proud to have beautified small to large clients’ facilities, as well as new buildings, customizing the final look to each operation.
We are entrenched in the concrete polishing and concrete restoration industry. Seeking out and investing in the latest equipment and materials available on the market sets the quality of our workmanship apart. We only work with the best, and in our line of work that means Husqvarna planetary diamond grinders and polishers. We can control the equipment with one hand. While there are remote control versions of these machines available, we prefer the human precision of our crews.
Our concrete floor polishing is superior and long-lasting thanks to our 9-Step mechanical polishing process. Two key steps in the process are concrete hardening and concrete densifying, to increase resistance to wear, and fill pores to reduce porosity and prevent dust accumulation.
For industrial concrete epoxy coatings, we stay on top of the latest additives, such as aluminum flecks added to the top coat for a more durable finish.
Unlike a lot of floor refinishing services, we go out of our way to perform concrete repair services and concrete rejuvenation, making floors like new both esthetically and functionally at a fraction of what it would cost to replace. A common job for us is saw cut joint filling. We use a flexible epoxy or polyurea to protect the joints from damage and ensure a smooth, durable finished surface, which is especially important in manufacturing settings.
You often find terrazzo flooring in older buildings. Because it’s expensive, it’s much more cost-effective to restore it than replace it. Our equipment is able to grind the surface and remove decades of dirt and grime, then polish it and take it back to its original color. We can do the same with marble and granite flooring.
